This is a learning environment and considered a safe space for our students. Please be respectful and remember that they are still in training.

Scheduling Policy: In order to ensure that all students receive the same opportunities, scheduling requests based on the student therapist's sex, age, race, sexual orientation, etc. are not permitted.  Requests for specific students may be made; however, they are dependent upon the student's availability. Students are otherwise randomly assigned.

​Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling. However, a fee equivalent to 50% of the missed appointment's service price will be added to your next appointment.

No Show Policy: For the first instance of a no-show, rescheduling may be permitted. However, a fee equivalent to 100% of the missed appointment's service price will be added to your next appointment. A second instance of a no-show will result in no longer receiving services at Coeur d' Alene Massage School.
